Emergency First Aid for Treating Heat Stroke

Have you ever suffered from heat stroke? Do you know someone who has been through this medical condition? 

Heat stroke is a common medical ailment that causes a person to collapse or fall unconscious. This life-threatening emergency condition occurs when the body temperature gets elevated to 104 degrees. During this condition, the body is no longer able to control its own temperature and this what causes organ damage, as well. Heatstroke can lead to death and needs to be treated immediately to get rid of the threat. Excessive stress, physical activity and prolonged exposure to heat are some of the reasons why a person suffers from or are affected by a heatstroke.
